Handmade 100% natural exfoliating sponge with Konjac Konjac is a renewable perennial root plant mostly comprised of starch, similar to a potato. Konjac grows in warm climates including Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. The sponge fibres also include exfoliating bamboo charcoal. The sponge washes away dirt, oil and makeup, when used with a cleanser. At first I was dubious for it was like a pumice stone, but when made wet it is super soft, yet exfoliating without harsh abrasion. The sponges shape makes it easy to clean the whole face. On testing I did have a good clean without redness or a dried out feeling to skin after use. But also bear in mind I use natural and vegan cleansers on my face. From the chapter 'Cleanse' Overall;
